OVAL Sport Store Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at OVAL Sport Store, we appreciate your business !

Purchases made in store and online may be exchanged or refunded within 21 days from the original purchase date on the receipt. Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted without the original receipt. Original shipping costs are non refundable.

If you do not wish to return your online purchase to the Oval Sport Store in person, you may mail back your items (at your cost) to the Oval Sport Store.

The method of the refund will be the same as the original method of payment.

All merchandise for exchange or refund must be unused, unwashed, unworn and undamaged with tags attached in original packaging.

Masks, mouth guards, hydration, food and beverage products, swimwear, underwear and sale items are all final sale.

The Start date of Holiday returns/exchanges is November 15th. If your purchase was made on or after this date, your purchase is eligible for return or exchange until January 15th based on the Refund Policy criteria.
