Summer Hotness

When things heat up, the best we can do is cool down. Summer time heat brings us outside for activities at the beach, in the mountains or even inside for workouts at the gym.
Our favourite gym, of course, is here at the Richmond Olympic Oval with over 20,000 square feet of work out space, state of the art equipment and spacious views of the waterfront and mountains.
